The blue oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a robust and adaptable type of mushroom.
It is one of the easiest species to grow, so we recommend it to those who are trying for the first time.
It forms gray-brown bouquets with cap diameter of 5-15 cm. It is a versatile mushroom with a pleasant and mild taste.
Under suitable conditions, the mushrooms from the kit will fruit several times.
In total, you can expect up to 1.5 kg of mushrooms from one fruiting block.
