Reishi - tincture

The tincture is prepared in a ratio of 1:2, which means that 1 ml of tincture contains the equivalent of 500 mg (0.5 g) of reishi. The volume of the tincture is 50 ml.

The tincture is produced from reishi, which we grew in Gobnjak. In the extraction process, we use three steps to obtain the widest possible range of beneficial substances from the mushroom. They are; water extraction, pressurized water extraction and ethanol extraction. All three extracts are concentrated and a tincture with a high content of active ingredients is prepared from them.

Ingredients : distilled water, ethanol (35%), reishi or Ganoderma lucidum (lat. Ganoderma lucidum )

Instructions for use and warnings : 1 to 2 ml of tincture, 1x to 2x daily. The daily amount should not exceed 4 ml. You can consume the tincture directly or dilute it in 1 dl of water. Due to greater absorption of bioactive substances, we recommend consumption on an empty stomach.

• The tincture is a food supplement and is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Shake before use.

The advantage of using tinctures is greater bioavailability of bioactive substances , as they are dissolved in liquid.

Reishi is the most researched medicinal mushroom. It contains more than 400 bioactive substances, the most important of which are beta-glucans and triterpenoids. Beneficially affects:

• the functioning of the immune system,
• liver function,
• better sleep in periods of stress,
• inflammatory processes,

Many studies also indicate an anti-cancer effect, an antimicrobial and antiviral effect, and an antioxidant effect.
